    • If your order is not delivered or fails due to a system error, the amount will be automatically refunded to your SMMPERK wallet balance.

  2. Non-Refundable Services

    • Once the service is delivered successfully (for example: followers, likes, views, comments), it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.

    • Please make sure you enter the correct link or username before placing an order.

  3. Partial Delivery

    • In case of partial delivery, you will receive an automatic refund for the undelivered portion.

  4. Duplicate or Wrong Orders

    • Orders with incorrect details or duplicate submissions are not eligible for a refund.

  5. Chargebacks & Disputes

    • Any attempt to file a chargeback or dispute without contacting SMMPERK Support will result in suspension of your account.

  6. Refund Processing Time

    • Wallet refunds are processed instantly. Bank/Payment gateway refunds (if applicable) may take 3–7 business days depending on your provider.
